Strategic Plan Overview

Living Skills in the Schools is expanding. For the last 21 years, since our inception, we have honed our three P’s: Programming, Processes and Best Practices. Our north star for the next three years is to expand our building to host an expanding team; develop some organizational partnerships that will help LSIS to scale and build capacity; and document a model for replication that can be implemented in other counties and states throughout the country. Our goal is to increase the number of students who are exposed to effective substance abuse prevention programming.
